1.The material should be sent to solely and exclusively Spanish Society of Nephrology Nursing through the Congress website SEDEN http://seden.es/index.php/en/board
2.The work may not have more than six authors . One of them at least must be a member in good standing of the SEDEN . This should be indicated with your membership number and will receive the notifications about all the work submitted via e- mail or through the Congress website . We recall that must necessarily indicate an email address to contact for correspondence.
3.The speaker must be a member of SEDEN .
4.The shipping for all scientific papers ( poster and oral communication format) will be made between 1 and 30 April 2014 . It should send 3 files :
5.Se remember that any information that identifies the author / s or workplace , whether in the text, tables , charts, thanks , bibliography, etc. , in the file of the anonymous work , will be cause for disqualification .
6.The selection committee scientific papers, has the authority to consider accepting a job for presentation in poster format , but has been submitted for oral communication and vice versa .
7.All those papers that are accepted for presentation in poster format should send that poster in pdf format between 1 and September 14 for pre -assessment.
8.La SEDEN Secretariat will contact the authors of the work through the email address indicated for it, you -confirm receipt of the document . If once the date of receipt of papers the authors have not received that email , they should contact the secretariat.
9.The breach of any of these rules will result in automatic disqualification from work without going through the selection committee .
10.When they have decided the winners of the various prizes , authors will be notified via the contact person and the address of hospital or nursing institute that carried out the work as Schools of Nursing to they belong to the authors.

4.a. - File the identified work , consisting of a maximum of 500 words (not counted neither the title nor the authors).

4.b. File - unidentified labor consist of a maximum of 500 words ( not accounted for the title).

4.c - File with the bibliographic work.

The format of all files will be. Doc (Word ) , written to a space with Arial and size 10. The configuration of the four banks is 2cm .

The two files sent , abstract and pdf of work , as well as physical poster that is exposed during the congress should have the same title and authors , with no possibility of modification.

The poster size is 0.80 m wide and 1 m high. Will be made available to interested parties a template in PowerPoint format.

IMPORTANT :

Posters should be exposed every day of the Congress, and shall not be withdrawn until 14:00 pm on October 11.

The economic value of the prizes will be delivered in full, applied the deductions required by law , the copyright holder of those works that are awarded
